Visit the Humboldt Public Library for just about any book, DVD, videotape or audio book you want. There are around 50 different magazine subscriptions to choose from as well as local newspapers.
If a specific book, DVD, videotape or audio book is not on the Library’s shelves, ask the librarian to order it for you from another library through the inter-library loan system.
For public use there is a fax machine and copier. Also, there are five public computer with wireless internet access available for all patrons.
Another resource for books is the Southeast Kansas Library System (SEKLS). On December 11, 2020 and every six weeks thereafter, approximately 300 books will be shipped to the Humboldt Library from the SEKLS. These rotated books contain large-print western, mystery, romance and juvenile books.
